(1) The Uttar Pradesh Homeopathic Medical College, (Taking over of Management) Act, 1979 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the enactment repealed by sub-section (1) shall continue to be valid as if this Act has not come into force.
