(5) (1) The Uttar Pradesh Fundamental Rule 56 (Amendment and Validation) Ordinance,1975 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal any thing done or any action taken under the said Ordianace shall be deemed to have done or taken under this Act, as if this Act had come into force on June 7, 1975.
