All proceedings of the Corporation shall be authenticated by the Signature of the Chairman or as the case may be, of the member presiding in the meeting of the Corporation in the absence of the Chairman, and all orders and other instruments issued by the Corporation shall be autheaticated by the signature of such employee of the Corporation as may be authorised by it in this behalf.
