7. (1) The application from for sanction of Honour money under this Act shall be submitted in pro-forma given in Appendix-A to the District Magistrate. 2. The applicant shall submit a certificate in support of his detention in jail given by the jail Superintendent or the District Magistrate. concerned along with the application form. (3) The State Government may make enquiry regarding any application if necessary.
