Short title, extent and commencement

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><b>1.</b> (1) This Act shall be called the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance (Repeal) Act, 1955.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(2) It shall extend to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(3) It shall come into force at once.<br>
