(1) The Commission shall maintain accounts and other records and shall cause to be prepared an annual statement of accounts in such form as may be prescribed. (2) The accounts of the Commission shall be audited by the Accountant General, Uttar Pradesh, or any officer authorized by him in this behalf. (3) The copies of annual statement of accounts of the Commission together with the audit report thereon shall be forwarded to the State Government. (4) A copy of the annual statement of accounts of the Commission together with the audit report thereon received by the State Government under sub-section (3) shall be laid before each House of the State Legislature.
