31.It shall be the duty of every citizen to assist the Commissioner, the District Magistrate or such other person entrusted with or engaged in disaster management whenever his aid is demanded generally for the purpose of disaster management and particularly for the following purposes, namely : (a) prevention, (b) response, (c) warning, (d) emergency operation, (e) evacuation, and (f) recovery.
<b>31.</b><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>It shall be the duty of every citizen to assist the Commissioner, the District Magistrate or such other person entrusted with or engaged in disaster management whenever his aid is demanded generally for the purpose of disaster management and particularly for the following purposes, namely : <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(a) prevention, <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(b) response, <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(c) warning, <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(d) emergency operation, <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(e) evacuation, and <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(f) recovery. <br> <br>
