2[92-A. (1) There shall be appointed such number of Amins and other staff as may be determined by the State Government from time to time, for collection of an amount due to a Co-operative Society or for execution of a process issued in the proceedings of execution of an award, order or certificate for recovery under clause (a) or clause (b) of section 92. (2) The State Government may by rules regulate the recruitment and conditions of service of Amins and other staff.
