An application for registration of farming society shall be accompanied by- (a) extracts from the record of rights showing the total area with the recorded numbers of all the fields which will be contributed to the society ; (b) in the case of society covered by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 77, only a description of the land intended to be obtained and the manner of obtaining it and the plans for developing and using the same ; (c) such other documents and particulars, as may be prescribed.
