(1) The Board shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts in such form as the State Government may, by general or special order, specify. (2) The Board shall prepare an annual financial statement and submit it to the State Government for its approval. (3) The accounts of the Board shall be audited by such authority as the State Government may, by general or special order, specify. (4) The accounts of the Board as certified by the audit authority together with the audit report thereon shall be forwarded annually to the State Government.
