(1) The Board may with the approval of the State Government, create such posts of officers and employees of the Board and make appointments on such post in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The terms and conditions of service including salaries and allowances of the staff appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be laid down in the regulations.(3) For the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act, the Board may requisition the services of any officer or employee of a municipality.(4) The staff referred to in sub-section (1) shall be under the administrative and disciplinary control of the Chairperson who shall be the appointing authority thereof.
