(1) The Board shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and shall cause to be prepared an annual statement of accounts in such form as may be prescribed.(2) Review from sources other than grants under section 26 shall be regulated by regulations made in this behalf. (3) The accounts of the Board shall be audited by the Accountant General, Uttar Pradesh, or any other officer authorized by him in this behalf at such intervals as may be specified by State Government and any expenditure incurred in connection with such audit shall be payable by the Board to the Accountant General.(4) Copies of annual statement of accounts of the Board together with the audit report thereon shall be forwarded to the State Government.(5) A copy of the annual statement of accounts of the Board together with the audit report received by the State Government under sub-section (4) shall be laid before each House of the State Legislature.
