1[16. (1) The State Government may, by notification; make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:— ‘‘(a) the form and the manner in which application for membership of the Scheme may be made; (b) the manner of payment of admission fee and annual subscription for the membership of the Scheme; (c) the form and the manner in which the list of members of the Scheme shall be maintained and its copies or extracts shall be communicated to courts to enable them to ensure compliance of the provision of section 9; (d) the form and the manner in which application for payment under section 13 shall be made and the procedure of inquiry, if any, to be made by the Trustees Committee for such payment; (e) the form and the manner in which nomination to receive payment under section 13 may be made; (f) any other matter which has to be or may be prescribed.’’]1
