13. (1) All rules made by the District Magistrate under sections 6, 7 and 9 shall be published in the 1[Uttar Pradesh] Gazette. (2) Any person objecting to any such rule, may within 30 days of such publication, prefer his objection to the 2[State Government] and the 2[State Government] may confirm, modify or set aside such rule.
