1. (1) This Act may be called the United Provinces Medical Act, 1917. (2) 1[It shall extend to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.] (3) 2Sections 30 and 32 shall not come into force until a date to be appointed in this behalf by the 3[State Government] by notification in the 4[Official Gazette.]
