(1) Section 15 of the Oudh Civil Courts Act, 18791 , is hereby repealed. (2) But all Honorary Assistant Commissioners, invested with powers under the provisions of that section shall be deemed to have been appointed Honorary Munsif under this Act and in respect of proceedings mentioned in sub-section (1) of Section 11, shall continue to exercise such jurisdiction as they now possess as Honorary Assistant Commissioners.
