In sections 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 13, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 31 and 36 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Courts Act, 1887, in its application to [Uttar Pradesh]1 for the word “subordinate” the word “civil” shall be substituted.
