30. (1) The Institute shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and shall cause to be prepared an annual statement of accounts including the Balance-Sheet in such form as may be specified by the State Government by General or special order in this behalf. (2) A copy of the Annual Statement of accounts and the Balance-Sheet shall be submitted to the State Government which shall cause the same to be audited.
