No act done or proceedings taken under this Act by the Corporation or a committee appointed by the Corporation shall be invalidated merely on the ground of- (a) any vacancy of a Director or a member, or any defect in the Constitution or reconstitution of the Corporation or a committee thereof; or (b) any defect or irregularity in the appointment of a person as a Director of the Corporation or as a member of a committee thereof; or (c) any defect or irregularity in such act of proceedings, not affecting the substance.
No act done or proceedings taken under this Act by the Corporation or a committee appointed by the Corporation shall be invalidated merely on the ground of-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(a) any vacancy of a Director or a member, or any defect in the Constitution or reconstitution of the Corporation or a committee thereof; or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(b) any defect or irregularity in the appointment of a person as a Director of the Corporation or as a member of a committee thereof; or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(c) any defect or irregularity in such act of proceedings, not affecting the substance.<br>
