Printing and sale of copies of rules and regulations

(1) The Chairman shall cause all rules made under section 74 and all regulations made under section 75 and for the time being in force, to be printed and shall cause printed copies thereof to be delivered to any applicant on payment of such fees as may be prescribed by regulations. <br>(2) Notice of the fact of copies of rules and regulations being obtainable at the said price and of the place where and the persons from whom the same or obtainable shall be given by the Chairman by advertisement in a local newspaper.<br>
