(1) The State Government shall constitute a body to be known as the Rajasthan State Commission for Minorities to exercise the power conferred on, and to perform the functions assigned to it under the Act. (2) The Commission shall consist of a Chairperson and four Members to be norminated by the State Government from amongst persons of eminence, ability in integrity: Provided that the Chairperson and at least three Members shall be from amongst the minority communities.
