In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, - (i) “Commission” means the Rajasthan State Commission for Minorities constituted under section 3; (ii) “Member” means as member of the Commission; (iii) “Minority” for the purpose of this Act means a community notified as such by the Central Government for the purpose of the National Commission for Minorities Act, 1992 (Central Act No. 19 of 1992).
