(1)The provisions of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other Rajasthan law, for the time being in force. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions of this Act, such provisions shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the following enactments and the provisions of these enactments shall be read as amended in conformity with the provisions of this Act, namely:- (a) Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 (Act No. 3 of 1955); (b) Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956(Act No. 15 of 1956); (c) Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959(Act. No.35 of 1959); (d) Rajasthan Gramdan Act, 1971 (Act No.12 of 1971); (e) Jaipur Development Authority Act, 1982 (Act No. 25 of 1982); (f) Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994); (g) Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009 (Act No. 18 of 2009); (h) Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009 (Act No. 2 of 2009); and (i) Ajmer Development Authority Act, 2013 (Act No. 39 of 2013).
(1)The provisions of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other Rajasthan law, for the time being in force.<br> (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions of this Act, such provisions shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the following enactments and the provisions of these enactments shall be read as amended in conformity with the provisions of this Act, namely:-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(a) Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 (Act No. 3 of 1955);<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(b) Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956(Act No. 15 of 1956);<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(c) Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959(Act.
