investor aggrieved by the orders of— (i) the Competent Authority may appeal to the State Empowered Committee; (ii) the District Empowered Committee may appeal to the State Empowered Committee; (iii) the State Empowered Committee may appeal to the Government,- within thirty days from the date of the receipt by the investor of the order appealed against.
