Computation of Fee.

§45

Summary

In suits not otherwise provided for, fee shall be payable at the following rates, namely:- Where the amount or value of the subject-matter in dispute- (i) is less than Rs. 1000/- Rupees ten, (ii) is not less than Rs. 1.000/- but does notRupees thirty, exceed Rs. 3,000/- (iii) is not less than Rs. 3,000/- and doesRupees one hundred. not exceed Rs. 5,000/- (iv) exceeds Rs. 5,000/- but does not Rupees two hundred. exceed Rs. 10,000/- (v) exceeds Rs. 10,000/- Rupees three hundred.
