In Section 4 of the Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 (Rajasthan Act 38 of 1961), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, in sub-section (2), in the proviso for expression as may be prescribed, the expression as may be specified by a general or special order published in the Official Gazette, shall be, and shall be deemed always to have been, substituted.
