No act done or proceedings taken, under this Act or the rules made thereunder, by the Trustee Committee shall be invalidated merely by reason of (a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Trustee Committee; or (b) any defect or irregularity in the nomination of any person as a member thereof; or (c) any defect or irregularity in such act or proceedings not affecting the merit of the case.
