(1) The Jodhpur Development Authority Ordinance, 2008 (Ordinance No. 5 of 2008) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Jodhpur Development Authority Ordinance, 2008 (Ordinance No. 5 of 2008) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
