125S. Certain provisions of Chapter VA to apply to an industrial establishment to which this Chapter applies.--The provisions of sections 25B, 25D, 25FF, 25G, 25H, and 25J in Chapter VA shall, so far as may be, apply also in relation to an industrial establishment to which the provisions of this Chapter apply.] Rajasthan Amendment of section 25-S, Central Act No. 14 of 1947:-In section 25-S of the principle Act, after the expression "provisions of this Chapter apply", the expression "or are applied under sub-section (1-A) of section 25" shall be added.
