1“The Governor shall take or cause to be taken all necessary steps to the appointment of at least one Member or the Chairperson at least three months before the expiry of the term of such Chairperson or Member, as the case may be, in accordance with the procedure laid down In this Act.” 2“Provided that no decision of the Lokayukta shall be invalidated due to vacancy or non-availability or nonappointment of the Chairperson or Members”
