(1) Every Registrar shall keep in the prescribed form a Register of Marriage made in the area under his jurisdiction. (2) The Registrar-General shall from time to time cause to be printed and supplied to the Registrars sufficient number of registers in the prescribed form. 1"Provided that the provision of this Section shall be applicable to the parties of the marriage not covered by their respective personal laws."
