The enactment specified in Schedule III shall be deemed to have been repealed : Provided that all proceedings commenced before any authority in the territory of the Mehwassi Estates before the day on which this Regulation comes into force and still pending on that day shall be disposed of by such authority as the Provincial Government may direct, and save as aforesaid shall be continued as if this Regulation had not been made.
