All proceeding of the Corporation shall be authenticated by the Chairman or Vice-Chairman and all orders and instruments of the Corporation, subject to overall control and direction by the Managing Director, shall be authenticated by the Executive Director or any other officer of the Corporation as may be authorised in this behalf by regulations.
