(1) Subject to the provisions of this section, the persons specified in column I of Schedule D shall be paid the amounts specified against them in column 2 thereof. (2) Nothing in this section shall entitle any person to any amount on the ground only that his hereditary right merely to manage the affairs of the endowment and registered trusts without any right of appropriating any income referred to in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 4, has been abolished under this Act.
