Disqualification of members.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>A person shall be disqualified from being appointed as or for continuing as a member-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court ; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> if he is an undischarged insolvent ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) if he is a minor; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>d</i>) if he holds any office of profit under the Committee ; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>e</i>) if he has directly or indirectly by himself or by his partner any share or interest in any work done by order of the Committee, or in any contract with, by or on behalf of, the Committee ; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>f</i>) if he is acting as a legal practitioner for or against the Committee ; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>g</i>) if he is convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude ; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>h</i>) if he does not profess the Hindu religion. <br>
