The Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947 (Bom. LVII of 1947),- (a) shall not apply to any premises belonging to, or vesting in, the committee under or for the purpose of this Act ; (b) shall not apply as against the committee to any tenancy, licence or other like relationship created by the committee in respect of any such premises ; (c) but shall apply to any premises let or given on licence, to the committee.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>The Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947 (Bom. LVII of 1947),-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) shall not apply to any premises belonging to, or vesting in, the committee under or for the purpose of this Act ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> shall not apply as against the committee to any tenancy, licence or other like relationship created by the committee in respect of any such premises ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) but shall apply to any premises let or given on licence, to the committee.<br>
