(1) This Act may be called the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906. 1[(2) It shall extend to the whole of the 2[State of Maharashtra], except the 3City of Bombay. 4(3) Commencement in rest of State.- In that part of the State of Bombay to which it is extended by the Mamlatdar's Courts (Extension) Act, 1957(Bom.
