Power of District Judge to refer for disposal certain appeals to Assistant Judge or Civil Judge empowered to hear appeals.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>A District Judge may refer for disposal any appeal filed under the last preceding section to an Assistant Judge or a Civil Judge invested with power to hear appeals under section 27 of the Bombay Civil Courts Act, 1869 (XIV of 1869).<br>
