This Act and Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations and Rules made under this Act shall, in respect of any college in the University have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other enactment with respect to matters enumerated in List II of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India.
