(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd June 1998.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) This Act may be called the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>3</i>) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3<sup>rd</sup> June 1998.<br>
