In addition to the powers conferred and duties imposed upon it by or under this Act, the Authority may- (a) construct, maintain and manage the Truck Terminal including any buildings or structures; (b) provide, maintain and manage any instruments or implements required in the Truck Terminal; (c) acquire, hold and dispose of any movable or immovable property; (d) regulate the entry of persons and vehicular traffic into and exit from the control area and the Truck Terminal; (e) provide such facilities and services as may be necessary or expedient for the beneficial use of the Truck Terminal; (f) perform such other functions and duties as may, from time to time, be necessary or expedient for the purpose of maintaining or managing the Truck Terminal; (g) collect data and maintain records and statistical information and carryout necessary monitoring to detect trends and changes in the goods transport industry in the control area.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>In addition to the powers conferred and duties imposed upon it by or under this Act, the Authority may-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) construct, maintain and manage the Truck Terminal including any buildings or structures; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> provide, maintain and manage any instruments or implements required in the Truck Terminal; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) acquire, hold and dispose of any movable or immovable property; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>d</i>) regulate the entry of persons and vehicular traffic into and exit from the control area and the Truck Terminal; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>e</i>) provide such facilities and services as may be necessary or expedient for the beneficial use of the Truck Terminal; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>f</i>) perform such other functions and duties as may, from time to time, be necessary or expedient for the purpose of maintaining or managing the Truck Terminal; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>g</i>) collect data and maintain records and statistical information and carryout necessary monitoring to detect trends and changes in the goods transport industry in the control area. <br>
