(1) The Maharashtra Textile Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1982 (Mah. Ord. XII of 1982) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any regulation made or any order issued) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken, made or issued, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
