Saving in respect of provisions of Land Tenures Abolition Act.- Nothing in this Act shall affect the provisions of any of the Land Tenures Abolition Acts, specified in Schedule III to this Act, in so far as such provisions relate to the conferment of right of an occupant in favour of any inferior holder or tenant in respect of any land held by him.]
