Right to produce of naturally growing trees.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) A tenant shall during the continuance of his tenancy be entitled to two-thirds of the total produce of trees naturally growing on the land, the landlord being entitled to one-third of the produce of such trees.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) If there is any dispute regarding the right to the produce of such trees or the apportionment of such produce as provided under sub-section (<i>1</i>), the tenant or the landlord may apply to the Mamlatdar. Such application shall be made in such form as may be prescribed.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>3</i>) On receipt of such application, the Mamlatdar shall, after holding an inquiry, pass such order thereon as he deems fit.<br>
