(1) A tenant shall during the continuance of his tenancy be entitled to two-thirds of the total produce of trees naturally growing on the land, the landlord being entitled to one-third of the produce of such trees. (2) If there is any dispute regarding the right to the produce of such trees or the apportionment of such produce as provided under sub-section (1), the tenant or the landlord may apply to the Mamlatdar. Such application shall be made in such form as may be prescribed. (3) On receipt of such application, the Mamlatdar shall, after holding an inquiry, pass such order thereon as he deems fit.
