(1) The Maharashtra State Enterprises (Restructuring and other Special Provisions) Act, 2000 (Mah. XXXIII of 2001), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all proceedings relating to any order made or purported to be made under the Maharashtra State Enterprises (Restructuring and Other Special Provisions) Act, 2000 (Mah. XXXIII of 2001), pending immediately before the commencement of this Act, before any Court, tribunal or other authority shall abate.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The Maharashtra State Enterprises (Restructuring and other Special Provisions) Act, 2000 (Mah.
