(1) The Board may make bye-laws consistent with this Act and with the approval of the Governing Council to provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the procedure to be followed at the meetings of the Board and the Committees appointed by it and the number of members required to form a quorum at such meetings ; (b) any other matter solely concerning the Board and their Committees not provided for by this Act and the regulations made thereunder. (2) The bye-laws made under sub-section (1) shall be published by the Board in the Official Gazette.
