The affiliated institution with at least six years standing as an affiliated institution may apply for permanent affiliation. The Board shall consider and scrutinize the application and when satisfied that the affiliated institution has fulfilled all the conditions of application satisfactorily, and has attained high academic and administrative standards as prescribed, from time to time, the Board shall grant permanent affiliation to such institution.
