1[44A. Vacancy and temporary absence of President and other members of Tribunal.- (1) If any vacancy occurs by reason of death, resignation or expiry of the appointment, or termination of the appointment, of the President or other members or for any reason whatsoever such vacancy shall be filled by appointment of a duly qualified person. (2) The Tribunal shall not be deemed to be invalidly constituted merely by reason of any vacancy referred to in sub-section (1) and no decision of the Tribunal shall be called in question in any Court or before any authority only on the ground that a member of the Tribunal (not being the President) was not present, during the hearing of any proceedings before the Tribunal.]
