(1) This Act may be called the 1[Maharashtra Shilotri Rights (Kolaba) Abolition Act.] (2) It extends to the district of Kolaba in the State of Bombay. (3) It shall come into force on such date2 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
