13. Establishment of State and Divisional Boards.- (1) The State Government shall by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Board for the whole State by the name of "the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary 2[and Higher Secondary] Education". (2) The State Government shall likewise, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Board for each of the 3[* *] Divisions under such name as may be specified in the notification.
